Great select. My only complaint is that entrance way is a little small. Entering or leaving can be difficult if the main register is backed up or there is an animal in the way.
I do like this store but have a problem with people be able to let their dogs walk on a leash with them. I have to bring my dogs for grooming which is in the back of the store and it can be a struggle to get there as they want to see every dog while not every dog wants to see them. Move the grooming to up front or have a separate entrance. The groomers rock!!

I am a firm believer that it is just as important, if not more so, to report good behavior at it is to report negative behavior. That being said, I purchased a banana ball python this evening from this location. I had been there the weekend before and had fallen in love with him then, but he was pretty expensive and definitely an investment, so I had to be sure. I want to single out Drew for all of his help and knowledge. His goal wasn't to make a sale, but to find the best home for the snake and to inform me of everything I needed to know to give him the best home possible. I truly can't thank Drew enough.
My furry friends have special food needs, which I can get filled at PetSmart. On hot, cold, or wet days, my friemd Frank can take his walks there, as they allow dogs into the store. And, the employees are caring and knowledgeable. The only drawback is higher prices, which they charge because of their niche. All in all, though, a very good experience.
