The hotel has been renovated in the past few years, and is rather nice. The staff has been helpful and nice. We'll definitely consider staying here again.
This is an excellent hotel. The staff is so accommodating. I was on a business trip away from my son and they allowed me to store the pumped brestmilk in the employee freezer, so it would stay fresh for him. The bar/restaurant in the lobby is a great place to relax after a long day.
We had a thoroughly relaxing night at the Courtyard in Rossford. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and large. Apparently, the hotel underwent significant renovation recently. We had sandwiches at the restaurant area off the entrance. Although they were prepared in advance, they were quite good, and our waiter was friendly and helpful. We plan to stay at the Courtyard during our next trip to the area.
Hotel was clean. Desk person could have been a little friendlier. The room was very nice but the heater was worthless. It was set at 64 and when it came on you would sweat up a storm. Then when it would shut of it would be freezing. No happy middle ground.
Very clean hotel and everything is new/recently remodeled. Nice pool and hot tub as well as a nice bar to get a quick bite to eat or a drink. Staff is friendly and willing to help.
